Driven by this belief, I recently launched my Executive Coaching & Team Leadership Business, Leading Fearlessly, LLC.

My work is about leading fearlessly from the heart. I work with organizations, teams, and individual leaders to create that space which allows them to clear a path to focus on the big stuff that really matters. I do this by creating a sacred space for courageous conversations (that get to the heart of their purpose) and by obtaining real commitment to move forward (actions you truly believe will make an impact in your future). Together we address the individual and collective actions, structures, beliefs and culture impacting the people and processes within a client's organization. By doing this, we are able to break down barriers and roadblocks that eventually reveal opportunity. It is through this evolution that you create and commit to a new way of being.

I am an ICF Certified Executive Coach and a respected finance leader with more than 20 years as an accomplished senior finance expert for high-performing Fortune 500 companies and high-growth mid-size businesses. Prior to starting my own business, I had a successful and extensive finance career holding such positions as Chief Financial Officer at Salo, LLC, a privately held finance, accounting, and human resources staffing firm; Vice President, Finance & Divisional CFO at Schwan’s Consumer Brands, a $1.2B consumer packaged goods division of a $2.7B privately-held frozen food company; Vice President, Finance & Divisional CFO at Thomson-Reuters, a global supplier of professional information products and solutions; and had experience in several industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and B2B.

I received a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University; an MBA from The University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management; and earned an Executive Coaching Certificate from The University of St. Thomas. A recognized cross-functional leader and strategic business partner, I am adept at working across all levels and with all functions in an organization, particularly C-Suite leaders, Board of Directors, Sales, Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
